Consumer Loan Processor

To join our team, our Consumer Lending department is looking for an qualified and awesome Loan Processor who is detail-oriented and enjoys helping others meet their goals.  This role is responsible for processing and reviewing consumer loan documents and funding with accuracy and efficiency.  Therefore, applicants must possess current knowledge of Automobile product and Consumer Loan programs. Qualified applicants must have experience in processing and funding consumer loans.

Also, we want and expect all candidates to have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong, professional communication skills (written, verbal and in person)
  • Ability to work directly with borrowers and consumer lending team under required time demands
  • A high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office at a proficient level
  • Minimum two (2) years or more with Consumer Loan Processing experience particularly with auto loan
  • Previous and consistent experience in a financial institution
  • Knowledge of MeridianLink and Symitar systems preferred.
